What is Breath to Brain?  

Breath to Brain is a group of athletes, living, working, and training every day, while battling depression, anxiety and other mental health struggles.  The goal is to give us a chance to find our breath.  Catch our breath.  Lose our breath.  Focus. On. Our. Breath.  Because the breath is what centers us when nothing else will do. 

 


What we are not:

Breath to Brain is not a traditional therapy session, though you may feel much better when you leave.  There won't be doctors on site or anyone to diagnose a condition.  


What to expect: 

Breath to Brain IS a group of athletes who'll create a safe space to sweat together and support each other without judgement and even the need to talk.  It's absolutely allowed, but it's also perfectly ok to just "be."  The goal is to give athletes a chance to be around others and create a built-in support system through working out.
